Abstract

Supermarkets have repriced products on their shelves upward for the past few years. Since this cannot be accepted as fair, a study was designed to determine consumers' awareness and attitudes. Findings revealed that the majority of respondents were aware of the repricing practice, considered it unfair, and wanted it controlled.
