Abstract

Birth order as described by K. Konig is a factor which greatly influences personality, and that personality in turn is an important factor in vocational choice. Konig describes the 2nd born as being easygoing, seeking harmony and the like; 210 beauticians were chosen as a vocation typifying these traits.
