Abstract
Proposed a new index, rp, for the evaluation of ratee relevance in peer-nomination data. This index is shown to be a continuous linear function of the observed and random expected variance. The use of the rp index for editing, weighting, diagnosing, and evaluating saliency is discussed. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
