Abstract
Administered 2 Thurstone and 2 Likert scales which measured attitudes toward industrial psychology and testing to 183 male union members, 104 male undergraduates, 187 managers and supervisors, and 211 male and female undergraduates, managers, and laborers (N = 685). Reliabilities of .81 and .84 were obtained for Thurstone scales and .95 and .92 for Likert scales. All scales successfully discriminated among extreme "known groups." Issues dealing with construct validity are discussed. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
