Abstract
A four-part job sample trouble-shooting performance test designed to measure critical abilities needed to trouble-shoot aircraft electrical apparatus is described. The subtests were not highly intercorrelated, and they were found to discriminate moderately well (in mean score) between classes of Naval aviation electricians.
