Abstract

How do the attitudes and behavior of supervisors affect those of workers? Using attitude ratings of recorded interviews in manuscript form, attitudes of foremen and workers were compared according to variables such as company, job foreman, workers, union, and union leadership by the author and research associates. "No significant difference was found to indicate that if a foreman and a worker like each other they will tend to share attitudes toward the company, job, union, and union leaders."
