Abstract

In comparing readability of 10-point Cheltenham book type with 8-point Opticon and 7-point Ionic No. 5, it was found that the latter two were read more slowly than book type. Differences in brightness contrast between print and paper appear to be the important factors. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
