Abstract

IB's (index of brightness, based on the difference between MA and CA), computed from scores on the Otis group intelligence test, were found to be less variable than IQ's computed from the same test. Otis IB's were also found to correlate slightly higher with Stanford-Binet IQ's and Stanford EQ's that did Otis IQ's. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
