The Rorschach test and occupational personalities
Journal of Applied Psychology · 1948 · Volume 33 · Issue 6
Abstract
A study of several occupational groups by means of the individual Rorschach produced only one important result in the distinction between administrators and supervisors and foremen. It is concluded that personality patterns cannot be used reliably for placement, selection, and guidance, but this does not constitute a denial of the values of the descriptive elements of the Rorschach.
