Journal of Applied Psychology · 1936 · Volume 21 · Issue 3
Abstract
Two groups of leaders and non-leaders among high school students were selected by teachers. Leaders were found to participate more in extra-curricular activities, to obtain more special recognition in such activities, and in general to devote more actual time to leisure activities.
