Abstract

Using the Adaptability Test as a measure of intelligence, the following correlation coefficients between intelligence and How Supervise? were found: for 49 factory supervisors, .71; for 77 supervisors of newspaper carriers and dealers, .62; and for 71 office supervisors, .22.
