Abstract
41 persons applying for the position of psychologist were given the psycho-analogies test to compare it with the regular Civil Service examination generally administered. The product-moment correlation between the two instruments was .85. The Psycho-Analogies Test was also given to a group of 23 psychologists already employed, and scores were correlated with supervisors' evaluations. A rank difference correlation of .56 between the over-all performance rating and the combined scores of Forms A and B of the test was obtained.
