Abstract

Two forms of radio achievement test were constructed and administered to 1,156 subjects comprising 3 main groups (high school, high school graduate, and college levels) at 3 stages of training. The test was found to have odd-even reliability coefficients ranging from .67 to .94, and appears valid to the author because it differentiates between levels of specialized radio training. The test is thus acceptable for group prediction of training progress. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
