Rorschach responses, Strong blank scales, and job satisfaction among policemen
Journal of Applied Psychology · 1949 · Volume 34 · Issue 4
Abstract
The Rorschach Test, the Strong Vocational Interest blank, and a job satisfaction blank of the Hoppock type were administered to 25 N. Y. City patrolmen. The subjects were found: (1) to demonstrate no significant difference from Strong's criterion group in measured police interest ratings, (2) to have a relatively high job satisfaction level, and (3) to be no more maladjusted than routine office clerks and biologists.
