Abstract

The Kuder Preference Record and a work satisfaction survey sheet were given to 146 vocational rehabilitation counselors and a supervisor's rating score for work efficiency was obtained. Correlation tables are provided. There are several low but statistically significant coefficients between particular Kuder scales and specific aspects of the counselor's job in terms of satisfaction and efficiency. However, none of the correlations were high enough for purposes of individual prediction. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
