Abstract

Through an analysis of the validity coefficients of the two tests, obtained from the scores of 562 clerical workers, the author concludes that only a slight increase in efficiency could be obtained through the addition of other tests to the Minnesota Clerical test. The Minnesota test is adequate for counseling purposes. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
