Abstract
This article reports the results of an opinion survey of 140 members of a midwestern union undertaken early in 1951. Responses to a questionnaire of 28 items indicates sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction among union members. The main dissatisfactions uncovered in this survey were in the areas of communication and practical day-to-day problems, rather than in areas producing a conflict of principle.
