Abstract

Responses to the items of the Bernreuter Personality Inventory of 90 supervisors were compared with those of 88 non-supervisors, and responses of 57 office holders were compared with those of 70 non-office holders. "An item analysis by means of the Chi-Square Test was made to determine the items… which show a significant difference in responses… . There are twenty-three items in each comparison which show significant differences in response, nine of which are common to both lists." (See 17: 3954, 3968; 18: 3818.)
