Abstract
An attempt was made to predict success in practice teaching from personality test measures. The sample in this study consisted of 89 males and 58 females. Single scales on the MMPI showed little validity but various patterns and indices revealed considerable promise. Certain methodological implications of this study for projects devoted to goals of practical assessment and evaluation were discussed. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
