Abstract

Sample materials were Flesch analyzed by experienced and inexperienced Flesch analysts and by test-retest. The comparative results indicated high reliability on word length, sentence length, and reading ease; fair reliability on personal words; lower reliability on personal sentences "than might ordinarily be considered reliable."
