Abstract

Further evidence on the validity of the test "How Supervise" (which was developed from a study reported by File (see 20: 884) is presented. Supervisory ability and lack of ability have been distinguished significantly by this test, and significant increases in ability and understanding, measured before and after supervisory training, have been indicated.
