Abstract
The portions of 25 morale survey interviews dealing with training, promotion, and management were reproduced, and were rated on a 4-point satisfaction scale by four groups of raters. The groups differed in their level of training and relevant experience, ranging from elementary psychology students with no experience to graduate students most of whom had had full-time interviewing experience. There were no significant differences in their rating consistency for the three topics or any of the individual interviews. All four groups achieved a fairly high level of reliability, and all four groups were remarkably uniform in their mean ratings. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
