Abstract

The Ellis memory test of 10 objects was given to 150 6-year-old normal children and 100 subnormal children with a mental age of 6 whose IQ's ranged from 43 to 87 and chronological ages from 8 to 15 years. Subnormal children score higher than normal children. Binet mental age correlates .336 with scores on this test. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
