Postscript to predicting success in machine bookkeeping

Abstract

In an earlier article (see 18: 1877) the author reported upon the validation of tests for predicting success in machine bookkeeping. The present paper presents results of employing operators through use of selection tests. Substantial improvement is evidenced from the time this policy was inaugurated in 1937.
