Abstract

Discusses the problems of ethical issues in Applied Psychology, and Munsterberg's views in relation to this issue. Compares the involvement of ethical implication in the work of an applied psychologist with that of other professions. Ethical issues have become so interwoven with the specific technological problems of the day that many of the old practices of the professions should be replaced. Limitations of applied psychologists were found to be bias and personal motives. Future developments have to be made in the ethical considerations.
