Abstract

Summarizes the annual report given by the director of the Psycho-Educational Clinic. The first part of the report gave data on census retardates. Recommended special 'speech corrective work' for children with seriously impaired vision and those with defective hearing. The second part of the report was a study of speech defectives. Emphasized the need for correcting stuttering, lisping and other remediable speech defects. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2016 APA, all rights reserved)
