Immediate Heredity of Primary Aments Committed to a Public Institution

Abstract

Of the 45 cases studied 33 or 73.3 per cent have one or both parents who are themselves below the borderline. Of these mentally defective parents, 30 were mothers, 13 fathers, and 11 cases both father and mother were defective.
