Abstract
Describes the construction of an intelligence scale which would be equally usable as a point scale and as a mental age scale. 23 serial tests, each including five to fifty items were tried out on 41 school children, selected by grade. These Ss had been administered the Binet scale and data regarding their school success were available. The mental ages of the Ss by the Stanford revision were evenly distributed from six to sixteen yrs. A description of the tests and scoring for each, along with the analysis of the mental abilities assessed by the tests has been provided. The intercorrelations found for the tests proved to be of value to other workers. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2016 APA, all rights reserved)
