A New Application of Psychology to Industry
Journal of Applied Psychology · 1919 · Volume 4 · Issue 2-3
Abstract
This experiment suggests certain broad potentialities of industrial psychology. The problem of setting rates is a universal problem and it is one of the most trouble making questions with which industries have to deal. Psychological method could supplement the time-study method. The experiment reported here was conducted in a sporting goods factory. From Psych Bulletin 18:01:00045. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2022 APA, all rights reserved)
