Book review: How to Use Your Mind
Journal of Applied Psychology · 1916 · Volume 1 · Issue 3
Abstract
Reviews the book by Harry D. Kitson (published in 1916) and considers the title to be a misnomer. The book was intended as a manual to be used by students and teachers in the administration of supervised study and attempts to acquaint students with the principles of economy and directness in using the mind. The book also gave methods for increasing mental efficiency. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2016 APA, all rights reserved)
