Abstract
One hundred upper-class men and women at Indiana University were divided into three groups (active, control, inactive) on the basis of extra-curricular activities rated according to the Blue Key (national honorary college service fraternity). Comparisons of alignment, slant, lower case and capital letter non-school rating, and crossing "t's" in a writing specimen revealed no significant differences among the three groups.
