Abstract
This article identifies and discusses several areas of product liability litigation that are concerned with the extent to which consumer conduct affects the defendant's liability for product-related injuries. Although courts have been reluctant to admit consumer research as evidence, researchers should eventually be able to supply evidence in cases involving negligence and strict liability.
