Dependent unit vectors

Abstract

SUMMARY A unit vector with m elements may be thought of as representing a direction in a space of m dimension. In this paper, we show how to construct paris of department unit vectors having prescribed marginal distributions. Given two sets of unit vectors, we propse an analysis for correlation between the two sets. The analysis presented herein is distribution suggested by Stephens (1979).
