Weighted log rank statistics for comparing two distributions

Abstract

SUMMARY The derivation of locally most powerful rank statistics for comparing two censored samples against parametric alternatives is reformulated for more general classes of alternatives. A particular class is considered, which includes the case of two weibull distributions differing in shape parameter.
