Abstract
This article describes a product review and evaluation model which views the total product line as a set of interrelated elements, each of which place varying demands on the resources of the firm. Inputs to the model consist of standard cost accounting and market information data. The model called PRESS is easily adaptable to most product lines and readily implemented.
