Technical Note—A Note on “Queueing Models with Lane Selection”

Abstract

An article in Operations Research introduced a new class of queueing models, “Queueing Models with Lane Selection.” The author offered solutions based on an erroneous analysis. This note points out where the analysis went wrong.
