Abstract

The article presents a response to a comment on an earlier article by the author titled “Technology and Organization Government” from an earlier issue of this publication. The author responds to a question posed by S.F. Gordon, “Why not a negotiated creed dedicated to representation of the whole enterprise in a manner congruent with technical, economic, and human values” The author responds that he does not believe such a thing is possible unless all parties within the organization have a voice in the legislative process.
