Abstract
The article presents a study on how least preferred co-worker (LPC) questionnaire scores of leaders and followers can affect industrial relations. LPC scores are used to measure leadership styles such as autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire. However, past research did not clearly define the impact of LPC scores on superior-subordinate relations in particular situations. This study focuses on job satisfaction and organizational climate based on high and low scoring superiors and subordinates, and performance ratings based on LPC scores. The author makes conclusions based on the study results.
