Abstract

The article presents the author's reply to a critique of his paper by Dr. J. Malcolm Walker. Topics of discussion include industrial organization, organizational behavior, and communication in organizations. The author suggests that Walker misinterpreted a diagram included in the article. Additional subjects related to industrial management are also discussed.
