The article reports the author's opinions regarding the article “A Model for Analyzing the Universality and Transferability of Management,” by Harold Koontz, published in the December 1969 issue. The author focuses on critiquing Koontz's theories regarding the international transfer of management theory. Decentralization in management is also discussed.
