Abstract

The article highlights the European study seminar of the Academy of Management on June 10 to July 7, 1972. Twenty-one professors, ten family members and one corporate president visited industrial, governmental, educational and cultural institutions in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. In Belgium, the group was briefed by officials from the European Economic Commission on trends among European manufacturers within the Common Market.
