Measuring the Process of Managerial Effectiveness

Abstract

The development of an instrument to measure and evaluate managerial behavior that results in effective managerial performance is described. The instrument is designed to evaluate the performance of those activities that account for both the similarities and differences among managerial fobs. The content validity and the concurrent validity of the scale are demonstrated. Internal reliability is also determined to be satisfactory.
