Size and Staff Professionalization

Abstract

The article presents a study on the relationship between size and professionalization in inpatient psychiatric departments. The importance and impact of staff professionalization are described. Correlations in department size and staff professionalization ratios as discovered through the study are examined, as well as the implications for further research. Details related to the samples studied and the methodology used for data analysis are discussed, including the variables that affected department staffing.
