Abstract

This article presents information on a study which described the application of institutional and anti-institutional conflict in examining the changes in the relationship among business, government and the public at large. The two forms of conflict are institutional and anti-institutional. Two important considerations dominate the nature of the business-government relationship. It examines informed business journalism on the role of government and public opinion attitudes toward both business and government. The authors draw the conclusion that the results prove that conflict between business and government in the United States has lessened significantly.
