Outcomes of Sexual Harassment Charges

Abstract

The article presents information on a study which examined a reported case of sexual harassment charges against an employer. Details are presented regarding the nature of the reported sexual harassment case. The author presents the application of a logistic regression analysis in order to investigate the relationship between the outcomes of charges and the variables related to the nature of the incident of sexual harassment. Data related to sexual harassment policies and legislation is examined.
