Hypotheses Related to Strategy Formulation in Large Divisionalized Companies

Abstract

A contemporary view and explanation of certain phenomena related to the strategic process in large divisionalized firms are provided, and previous work on the subject is extended into clearly stated, testable hypotheses that can be used by future researchers.
