The Social Response Process in Commercial Banks: An Empirical Investigation
Academy of Management Review · 1976 · Volume 1 · Issue 3

By tracing and comparing the development of commercial lending programs for minorities in both banks, a response process similar to that found in decentralized, divisionalized manufacturing companies was identified.
