Training Needs Analysis: Review and Critique

Abstract

A literature review reconsiders all aspects of needs analysis data resources, measures, and research techniques in order to assess the state of the art and gaps in theory and practice. A critique of current theory and state of the art is provided. Process issues and recommendations are noted.
