Abstract
A group of college students was used to study the validity of an objectivity key used as an interview aid. Significant differences between scores when the subjects were instructed to complete the key (1) to look good, (2) to look bad, and (3) to be honest, indicated the validity of the key. Discussions of the emotional, social dominance, and drive keys are included. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2025 APA, all rights reserved)
