Abstract

The article reports the author's opinions regarding the relationship between organizational structure and technological innovations. Organizational structures utilized in countries including the United States, France, Japan, Sweden, and Germany are discussed in detail. It is suggested that innovation adoption in a certain culture correlates with patterns in organizational behavior.
